Extended Provision

Children attending Breakfast Club will start the day having had a healthy breakfast and time to socialise and relax preparing them fully for the day ahead.

Adhoc Breakfast Club 

Adhoc Breakfast Club MUST be booked in advance via your ParentPay account by midnight prior to the booking day. If you are unable to book please check that your account is in credit, as ParentPay will not allow bookings if there is an outstanding debt. 

If you would like to book your child into Breakfast Club the cost is £4.50 for entry from 7.30am including breakfast.

Alternatively, the cost is £2.50 after 8am if breakfast is not required. Payment can be made via your ParentPay account. 

We have had an increase in the number of children attending the adhoc Breakfast Club, who have not been booked in. If due to unforeseen circumstances, you require a same day booking please bring the children to the club and sign them onto the register. The session will then be added to your ParentPay account you will need to ensure you pay for this as soon as possible.

All parents/carers must escort children to the Breakfast Club entrance.

Adhoc Afterschool Club 3pm -4.15pm cost £5.50 per session

Adhoc Afterschool Club MUST be booked in advance via your ParentPay account by midnight prior to the booking day. If you are unable to book please check that your account is in credit, as ParentPay will not allow bookings if there is an outstanding debt.

If you are going to be late collecting your child at 3pm please call the school office on 0208 573 1617 by 2.30pm at the very latest to book them into the adhoc Afterschool Club. The session will then be added to your Parentpay account you will need to ensure you pay for this as soon as possible.

Adhoc Afterschool Clubs finishes at 4.15pm promptly, children are to be collected from the Infant playground.

Persistent late collection of your child from adhocAfter School Club may result in you not being able to use the club’s facilities

Adhoc Dinner Club 4.15-5.30pm cost £6.50 per session

Adhoc Dinner Club MUST be booked in advance via your ParentPay account by midnight prior to the booking day. If you are unable to book please check that your account is in credit, as ParentPay will not allow bookings if there is an outstanding debt.

Adhoc Dinner Club finishes at 5.30pm promptly, children are to be collect from the School Hall entrance.

Persistent late collection of your child from adhoc Dinner Club may result in you not being able to use the club’s facilities

Cancellations

Cancellations of bookings must be made by 10am for adhoc Afterschool and Dinner Clubs. Money cannot be credited if your child does not attend and you have not informed the office. Providing notice has been received by 10am your account will be credited.

Breakfast Club and After School Club is managed by the school. All clubs take place on the school premises and are well supported.
