Complaints Procedure

Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint, please contact your child's own teacher in the first instance.  It is nearly always preferable to see them at the end of the day than the beginning.

 

If it not dealt with to your satisfaction, please make an appointment to see the Headteacher, by contacting the school office.

 

If, after discussion with the staff of the school, you still feel that your complaint has not be resolved. please contact the Chair of Governors via the school office.
